About Chloe Simmons, NP

Chloe Simmons, board certified nurse practitioner, is a resident of Murfreesboro, TN. She graduated with honors in May 2013 with her RN-BSN from The University of Chattanooga. After working in Dalton, GA on the medical/ surgical floor, she transferred to St. Thomas Rutherford where she was fulltime in the emergency dept. Soon after, she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University in May 2019. After graduation, Chloe joined Trussler Medical Group in August 2019. She is married to Wesley Simmons with one child, Madelyn.
